Latte Art Class
After two solo latte art lessons I have become so much more confident in my pouring and steaming. As a former barista that is now returning to the industry after many years I had a lot of anxiety about getting on the machine again, and am so grateful for Keoni‘s guidance! Aside from being a talented barista, Keoni is also a very comfortable and skilled teacher. He was able to explain things clearly and compassionately, and due to his breakdowns with the fundamentals I’m able to pick up on my own mistakes in real time to correct in the future. I highly recommend his latte art classes for new baristas or coffee fans alike.

i have been trying to learn how to pour latte art by watching videos and doing a bunch of research on my own. after ofer a year of practicing, i still could not get it. when i took a class with keoni, he immediately helped me make changes to help me with my technique while also building confidence. i was impressed to see how thorough he was with every step of the pouring process. he had so much knowledge to share! so glad i took this class to improve my latte art but also learn so much more about this craft!
