DMV Barista trains you where it actually matters: your kitchen, your machine, your grinder, your water. I come to you and dial in your exact setup using detailed extraction methods, so every skill you learn is one you keep. By the end of the session, your machine will be producing the best coffee it's capable of — and you'll know exactly how to keep it there. What we'll cover (tailored to your skill level and goals): - Dialing in espresso on your specific machine and grinder — grind size, dose, and extraction, with a repeatable recipe you can return to - Milk steaming and texturing for lattes and cappuccinos - Real-time troubleshooting of the quirks unique to your setup - A clear routine so your daily cup is consistent, not a guessing game Pricing $250 for a 2-hour private session. Additional time at $100/hour. Add friends or family for $50 per additional person. All coffee and training materials included — plus a 12oz bag of coffee to keep practicing with after I leave. What you'll need: an espresso machine and grinder, counter space, and access to power and water. No experience necessary.
